Description

The DICHEN 4K Image Stabilizer supports the following refresh rate ranges for specific resolutions:

3440x1440: Minimum 144Hz, Maximum 180Hz

3840x1080: Maximum 120Hz

3840x2160: Maximum 120Hz

Supported Monitor Models:

- AOC CU34G3X 34-inch UltraWide Monitor: 3440x1440 resolution at 165Hz, stable operation.

- Skyworth 44C1G 43-inch UltraWide Monitor: 3840x1080 resolution at 120Hz, stable operation.

Correct Use of the Installer

Step 1:

Before turning on the installer, ensure that the power cable, DP cable for the monitor, DP cable for the main unit, and HDMI cable for the secondary unit are connected correctly (the HDMI cable can also be connected a little later if necessary). Step 2:

Press the power button. Once the red indicator light turns blue and remains steady, the device is operating normally. After waiting a few seconds, the display should display an image. Also, check that the display information is displayed on the small screen and that information from both input ports is displayed.

Step 3:

Select the desired refresh rate for both the main unit and the secondary unit. In theory, it is recommended to select the highest option from the list.

Step 4:

Turn the knob to move to the next option, then press it to confirm. There are four parameters available for adjustment. When the white indicator is active, the parameters can be adjusted. After pressing the knob to confirm, the indicator will return to red.
