The HexClad 14 Inch Hybrid Stainless Steel Wok features a tri-ply construction with high-quality aluminum between two layers of stainless steel. It is laser-etched with a patented hexagonal nonstick surface, providing ideal hybrid cooking performance and heat distribution. This wok is compatible with induction, gas, electric, and ceramic cooktops and is oven-safe up to 500°F. The accompanying lid is suitable for use up to 400°F. The surface is metal-utensil resistant and can be cleaned in a dishwasher or with steel wool pads.
