1. Q: Is it really possible to achieve permanent hair removal?
A: JOOYEE uses IPL hair removal technology to achieve permanent hair removal. Under exposure to light waves of specific wavelengths and pulse widths, the melanin in the skin absorbs the energy and transmits the instantaneous heat to the hair follicles, causing the hair to stop growing in stages and eventually fall out. The desired results can be achieved after using the device for about 8 weeks or longer.
2. Q: How many days in between do you leave before the next session? Says 1-2 days for the first few weeks but can I do 2 days in a row?
A: Thank you for your questions, here is the recommended use frequency of our product, please take a reference:
On 1-2 weeks: 3 times a week.
On 3-4 weeks: 2 times a week.
On 5-8 weeks or above 1 time within 15-30 days.
3. Q: There will be energy options, what energy level should I use first?
A: Please note that our JOOYEE facial hair removal has 9 different energy levels that will adapt to different skin areas and different hair growth rates to give you a more precise treatment. The first time we suggest that start from level 1 to get used to the device and flashes.
4. Q: Is this just limited to the bikini area only?
A: Please note that there are 2 Flash Modes designs that can satisfy your demands on different hair removal parts. Manual Mode is mainly used for small area hair removals, such as bikini lines, armpit, fingers, and lips; Auto Mode can be used for large hair removal areas, such as arms, legs, stomach and back.
