Making method:
1. Fold the filter paper repeatedly until two corners are erect.
2. Pour the coffee powder into the filter paper, then put it into the cone. In the central part of the coffee powder, dig a small hole.
3. Use the pot to heat the water until it boils, then infuse water into the coffee powder within 10 seconds for the first time to ensure the coffee powder is wet and stuffily steamed.
4. Put the pot on the gas stove and continue to heat it. Inject the hot water again before the coffee powder expands to the limit. The method of injection is from the center point to the edge and then circle around the edge.
5. Put the port again on the gas furnace and heat it for about 10 seconds, the setp of second injection is the same as above and the injection time is about 20 seconds.
6. Pay attention to the previous calibration of the water level during water injection. If there is still water in the funnel but the water level scale has reached the mark, take the funnel away.
