This pedometer realizes step recording through the movement of the waist. The closer the pedometer is to the waist, the more accurate the step recording will be.
1. Step count function
Press the "M" (MODE) button until the symbol "Step" is shown on the display. Once movement is detected, the pedometer will start counting. If you want the pedometer

Press the "M" (MODE) button until the display shows the metric version of "KM" when the imperial version is displayed, the display shows the imperial version of "MILE";
·Press the "S" (SET) button to adjust the stride (that is, the step distance of each step), and the numbers on the screen begin to flash;
·Continuously press the "R" (RESET) button to adjust the desired data, once the value is set, pause for 5 seconds and it will return to the original distance calculation mode.

3. Stride setting
Metric: from 30150 cm, 2 cm apart.
Imperial: From 1260 inches in 1inch intervals.
Default: 30 inches/80 cm
4. Calorie counting
·Press the "M" (MODE) button until the display shows the logo "KCAL";
·Press the "S" (SET) button to adjust your weight, and the numbers on the display start to flash;
·Continuously press the "R" (RESET) button to adjust the desired data, once the value is set, pause for 5 seconds and it will return to the original calorie counting mode.
Calorie counting will begin once movement is detected.

5. Metric/Imperial
The pedometer can be set in both metric and inch systems.
In any mode, press the "M" (MODE) button until the number on the screen flashes to enter another mode
Press the "M" (MODE) button on the distance test and check the display to confirm the mode type.
6. Automatic shutdown
If there is no movement for 1 minute, it will automatically shut down, the previous data will be automatically saved, and the accumulation will be restored the next time you use it.
7. Specifications
Backup battery: one AG13 battery.
