The block that has been remove should be use to start a new layer on top of the tower. The next player remove a block and continues making the next layer. Each player in turn repeat this, starting a new layer at right angles to the previous layer when a layer is completed. When a player remove a block and the tower falls over, that player is out of the game. The remaining player then repeat the above steps until there is only1 player is left, that person is the winner.
