The Hawkins Shallow Kadhai is a finely engineered piece of cookware made using the die-casting process. It features a PFOA-free long-lasting nonstick coating on the inside and a ceramic coating on the outside. The kadhai is ideal for making a variety of dishes such as Pav Bhaji, Shorshe Bata Maach, Sooji Halwa, and stir-fried vegetables. It comes with a toughened glass lid made of 4 mm thick, heat-resistant glass with a strong stainless steel rim and stay-cool knob. Suitable for use on gas, induction, electric, ceramic, and halogen stoves, and can also be used in the oven.
