Ingredients

Chocolate powder with no added sugar [cocoa mass, cocoa butter, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavouring], whole milk powder, rice flour, hydrolysed collagen (6.8%), fat-reduced cocoa powder, whole egg powder, whey protein concentrate (3.4%), whey protein isolate (1%), flavourings, sweetener (sucralose).

Directions for Use

1. Preheat oven to 200 °C.
2. Mix 120 g (6 heaped tbsp) of baking mix with 80 ml (8 tbsp) water and 30 g (3 tbsp) sunflower oil until smooth.
3. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
4. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
5. Can also be prepared with coconut oil or butter.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
