The Soft Pop Plumping Blush Veil is a weightless cream-blush balm formulated to give a sheer veil of color with a luminous, dewy finish. 

It is built with hyaluronic acid (and sodium hyaluronate / hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate) to hydrate and impart a slight plumping effect to the skin. It contains pearlescent pigments and a non-comedogenic formula that “grips” the skin to help the blush stay in place while giving a luminous glow. Finish: Radiant / dewy, with sheer to light coverage that is buildable.
