Suggested Use

Take 1 serving of 3 capsules with 300 ml of water. Use 3 servings per day.

Workout days:

– 1st serving: in the morning after waking

– 2nd serving: 30 minutes before exercise

– 3rd serving: immediately after exercise

Non-workout days:

– 1st serving: in the morning after waking

– 2nd serving: between meals

– 3rd serving: before bedtime
