Vinod Platinum triply stainless steel series is made up with SAS technology, which is a triple layer construction of stainless steel, aluminium and stainless steel . The inner layer is made up of food grade 18/8 stainless steel, which is hygienic stainless steel and rust free.The middle layer consists of aluminium throughout, this ensures in even heat distribution and uniform cooking of food. The third layer is made of 430 stainless steel for induction compatibility. This set consists of 2.5 litres capacity kadai and 24 cm frypan. The kadai can be used for sauteing, deep frying, and for preparing curries and gravies. The frypan can be used to to prepare omelettes, cutlets, pancakes, sauteing and for shallow frying.
