Avoid harsh scrubbing or abrasive cleaners, as they can remove the seasoning from its surface. Please note that cast iron utensils are NOT dishwasher safe. Dry Thoroughly: To prevent rusting, thoroughly dry your cast iron cookware immediately after washing. Use a clean towel or paper towel to ensure all moisture is removed. Season Regularly: Seasoning is key to maintaining the non-stick surface and preventing rust. After washing and drying, apply a thin layer of edible oil to the entire surface of the cast iron, including the handle.
