This is a really good yoyo, it is both responsive and unresponsive, which means you get the best of both worlds and all depends on how you want it.
Responsive yoyos will spin on the end of the string until you bounce it, then the string grips and winds back up. Unresponsive yoyos have a wider bearing in them so they spin for ages at the end of the string but won't wind back up without a bit of intervention by the user.
