You can use Svatv Reetha powder for making a deep cleansing shampoo for you hair. Boil soap nut powder along with amla and shikhakai in water for 30-40 minutes, and mash the ingredients. Let it soak overnight. Strain the mixture in the morning. Use the liquid as your shampoo. For a hair mask, mix Amla powder and Soapnut powder. Add some sun-dried hibiscus leaves and yoghurt to this mix. In case you have an oily scalp, add multani mitti (fuller’s earth) to the same bowl. Mash all the ingredients and keep the mix aside for overnight. Strain the mixture in the morning. Massage the mix into your hair and roots and let it sit for an hour. Boil reetha in water till it softens and mash it after removing the water. Finally, wash it off with your reetha shampoo. HOW TO USE BHRINGRAJ POWDER For Dry Frizzy Hair t ake a cup of coconut milk or yogurt. Take it in a bowl and add bhringraj powder, amla powder and shikakai powder in equal quantities (1tsp each). Mixall the ingredients properly and apply on your hair from roots to the tip. Allow 15 to 20 minutes for the mask to act on your hair. Wash carefully to remove the residues completely from the hair and then apply a mild moisturizing shampoo followed by leave on conditioner. To prepare hair Oil depending on the length of your hair, mix coconut oil with bhringraj powder (2tbsp: 1tsp consistency) properly in a bowl. Apply the oil to the entire hair length from roots to the tip. Allow the oil to absorb deep into the scalp and cuticles for at least 1 hour. Wash your hair properly with normal water. For best results, do not apply shampoo so that the ingredients stay intact and keep working on your hair to make it lustrous, healthy and naturally black. HOW TO USE AMLA POWDER? You can use Water, Milk, Egg, Plant or Vegetable Oil or Henna to make a smooth Svatv Amla Powder paste and then apply it to your hair. For combining with oil, Pour 4 to 5 tablespoons of oil into a shallow pan. With the burner set to low heat, warm the oil until it turns slightly brown. Stir in 1 tablespoon of amla powder, and bring the mix to a boil. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool. Strain out any lingering powder and discard. When the oil is warm — not hot — to the touch, gently massage it into your scalp and hair. In case of Milk or Water, simply mix 1 tablespoon of amla powder with 4 tablespoons of liquid and apply. You can also beat eggs together with amla powder to make a hair mask that’s rich in proteins. To do this, mix 1/2 cup of amla powder with two eggs and apply. Leave it in for an hour and then wash off.
