Look Keo Classic 3 Way Pedal

Look Keo Classic 3 Way Pedals are easy to use, the large and wide contact surface provides excellent pedaling stability, while you can set the lock-in/release tension low for easy clip-in.

Adding stability, these Classic 3 Pedals feature CrMo spindles with miniature ball bearings and needle cartridge bearings. Bak also used a new method to attach the shaft to the pedal body and further increase the durability of these pedals.

The composite body is rigid and lightweight, weighing 348g per pair (with clamps and screws). The pedals come with Look's Kéo grip clamps and the pedals can be adjusted to float between 8° and 12°.

Angular movement depends on ram color and the gray sleeves included with these pedals provide 4.5° float.

TECHNOLOGY

CrMo Spindle for greater reliability: The Kéo Classic 3 spindle consists of an oversized steel axle (12 mm inside x 18 mm outside) with miniature ball bearings and a needle bearing cartridge for better wear resistance. A spacer is used to hold the needle bearing cartridge in place.

A new method of attaching the spindle to the pedal body also ensures the long-term reliability of Look's pedals. Its spindles are approved only after a spin test of 2 million revolutions at 100tr/min with a load of 90 kg at the center of the pedal and an eccentric rotation (creating a shock with each rotation). This test is much more strenuous compared to the current industry standard EN14781.
