WHO TO USE:
Before applying hair chemicals, wind product up 1/4' and apply 2-3 strokes of + Repelle along the hairline, neck, ears and eyebrows. Accidental contact with hair will not block color. + Repelle washes off easily from skin when rinsing out color, leaving it clean and soft.
