Tones the hair in just 5 minutes, and provides a conditioning shine, increases elasticity, restores moisture and helps protect the hair from environmental damage. Vegan and cruelty-free. Directions: In a non-metallic bowl, mix toner to developer in 1:2 ratio using 6 or 10 volume developer. Apply mixture to damp or dry hair. Results are achieved in 5 minutes or less. For deeper pigment deposit, leave mixture in hair for up to 15 minutes. To minimize color deposit, change the toner to developer ratio to 1:3 or 1:4. Shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
